Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of PixelRinse, an online image editing toolkit operated by Fetch Labs Ltd. By using PixelRinse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

PixelRinse provides browser-based image editing tools including watermark removal, resizing, format conversion, compression, metadata stripping, watermark addition, social media resizing, and background removal. All image processing occurs locally in your browser.

3. Free tier

New visitors receive 3 free tool uses. Free uses are tracked per browser using cookies and a hashed browser fingerprint. We make no guarantees about the availability or continuation of the free tier and may modify or remove it at any time.

4. Token purchases

  • Tokens are purchased through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Each token entitles you to one tool use across any of our tools.
  • Tokens do not expire.
  • Token balances are linked to your browser session and can be restored on other devices using the email address associated with your purchase.
  • All prices are displayed in USD.

5. Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@pixelrinse.com. Refund requests are handled by Fetch Labs Ltd in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to process images you do not have the right to edit
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the usage tracking or token system
  • Use automated tools to make bulk requests to our API endpoints
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary detection algorithms

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the images you process with PixelRinse. We claim no ownership over your content. The PixelRinse name, logo, and software are the property of Fetch Labs Ltd.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

PixelRinse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Watermark removal results depend on the type and complexity of the watermark.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PixelRinse. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PixelRinse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
